Bolt missing on 1997 1hz troopy need help on what bolt it is.

Right next to starter and it connects a copper wire to the chassis

Starter bolt replaced just can’t find out what that hole takes.

Decide if that is a hot wire or a ground wire.
If a wire is hanging it needs a home.
If it wasn't raining currently I'd crawl under my hz for a look.

ground wire pretty sure and yeah hanging if you could take a look it would help me out plenty mate, been stuck on this a while.

Often starters have a ground wire from a mounting ear to the frame.
I would buy a ground strap (see photo) and connect one end to a replacement bolt for the mystery hole and the other end and the free-hanging wire to the bolt that holds the started.
Extra ground wires can't hurt.
