Has anyone changed out the lights in the mirrors of their Cruiser? Is there a light that puts out enough heat to defog\defrost the mirrors and not melt the plastic?

The lights are more or less for looks. I really do like the looks of them, and I am thinking I'd like to replace the lamps with an LED module to make them longer lasting etc....
I don't think any light will defrost the mirror, but if you want a brighter light you can upgrade it.

I hope the mirror lights are better than the PIAA's I put in place of the OEM back ups. They were a PITA to get your hand in the access panel, and didnt do s*** for brightness
