Going to do a mini hamom at my house Saturday March 10th. Mike and Johnny and going to come down and help me put some of the finishing touches on my 78 FJ40. If anybody wants to come down and hangout let me know.

We will have some burgers and dogs on the grill, with some . If any of the local guys just want to stop by and hangout just let me know and I will pm ya my address.

My goal is to have this 40 on the road for Spring Tide Ride!

I will be driving and have room for 3 passengers. Johnny, I'm assuming you are riding with me. I plan on leaving from the raleigh area late friday or early saturday morning depending on who is riding.

Yeah, I'll split fuel with you for the leg I ride.

Ramon, are your wheels going to be in by the 10th?

If they're in, I'm sure we'll have room to pick them up and bring them back to Raleigh for you.

Mini - Help a Meatball of the Month

Meatball,
I'll have to play it by ear. I've got A LOT of home maintenance to do over the coming weeks. Yaaaaay me! If it's a rainy day or something of the likes, I may hop in with MonsterJohnny and Cowboy Butts for the trip East. Are there any specific tools you'll need that you know of?

 R

Monster johnny, mike the cowboy butts lover and the meatball sounds like a real bad porno movie!

I have basic tools. Wrenches screwdrivers etc. I will post my list of stuff to do this weekend none of it I believe requires any special tools.

Maybe a tap and chase to fix a few bolt holes.

Thanks for the help

MonsterJohnny, lol.

I can load up some of my tools in Mike's rig for the ride out. I've got at least enough tools to rebuild a 60, so we should be good for your 40.

I've got the tools to rebuild a 62. Hammer, prybar, ductape....... yeah, thats all I need.

Zip ties, you forgot the zip ties.
