Mini air powered vac

Need a small vac to keep workbench and drill press table clean of chips and grinding dust etc.

Was first thinking of one of those 1-2 gallon shop vacs, but I think one of these small air-powered vacs would be better-

Anyone have one or have a recommendation?

aircraft mechanics use those a lot, they are very loud, not very strong nor very efficient, biggest reason to use one is strining gout 300' of electric line to run a shop vac to pick up a few shavings when you already have an air hose right there is annoying,


my favorite is the version made of stainless tubing and has no shut off valve, when you hook it up it just goes, handy for tight spots and easier on the hands for extendered use, lighter stronger and more powerful, not sure where you can buy one, the plastic ones have a short life expectancy.

if you can source the tube it would be easy to make, 1/4" stainless tube enters 1" tube at a steep angle, venturi, bag at one end rubber hose at the other.

The little Shopvac 2.5 gal is like $30 at lowes. I use one of them because you can also easily carry it to your vehicle, boat, ect.
