Military tires and 16.5 tires on a 62

I am purchasing some 37"x16.5" military tires to go on my soa 62. I am looking for steel rims and summit has 16.5 pro comps with a 4" backspace. Will these work? What is the largest backspace I can use? Any other ideas on where to get 16.5" rims keeping in mind I have a low budget and I do not need split rims?

Hi All:

Are you aware that most all 16.5 inch wheels are 8 lug?

Also, that 16.5 inch wheels are notorious for losing bead seats when aired-down for off-road use?

Most rigs using 16.5 inch wheels off-road will have bead-lock wheels to allow airing-down.

I run them with the recentered hummer wheels. Last forever and are cheap. The newest ones hitting the market are mtr style. Way better deal, imo.
