I don't have a dog but I use the middle row like a truck bed sometimes, throwing whatever rusty metal and garbage I need to haul around back there. I don't want to mess my new leather up so I've been using a moving blanket for awhile. Figured I'd step it up a notch so here's what a $18 waterproof pet cover from Amazon looks like. Fits pretty well and the seat belts even line up if you use those, I didn't pull them through. Easy on easy off, maybe not the quality of SOR tuff duck but $200 cheaper anyway. I'm pleased.

I decided to try out some front covers as well, the metal buttons on my shorts have been leaving scratches on the seats. Actually the original covers weren't too bad until the same button cough hold of the seam and ripped it wide open. They are similar fabric and match well to the rear cover. At $18 a side its cheap insurance, I also picked up a set of the cheaper ones but they were like plastic bags in comparison.
