this guy has them : Army Military Tires he normally sells used tires...but sometimes gets new also...the used tires have a lot of tread left...and a good deal for his prices...the Michelin 325/85 R16 you are asking about New are a ton of $$$

I've got a set of 11.00r16s, which are the size you posted, a little narrower than the 325 which is 13" wide, near Charlotte NC. $150.
