Do to the lack of one fuse and a short to the main 12V power line from my 3rd battery I had a small vehicle fire that melted through my ARB air lines. I'm in the process of finding out what the airline size is to find replacement lines.

For future reference, what is the best field repair for damaged ARB lines?

What size of line is it and where can I get a couple of pneumatic unions. I think it's 5mm but can someone confirm this?

Don't have the stuff at hand right now, but I have a spare line and several connectors in my off-road tool kit.
Got that in the partsshop that also has spare parts for trucks.
Line is cheap and the connectors as well.
The connectors basically look like a kind of tube, about 6 cm long. Insert the line ends at each end and they are airtight connected. No tools needed, except a sharp knife to cut the lines. So it just a matter of cutting the molten ends, get a piece of line long enough to close the gap and two connectors and your done within 5 minutes.

Right - the light hose is easy to repair with this kit - the Heavy Duty hose kit when it gets ripped out it can cause more damage.

Great. Thanks.

It looks like the line is 5mm and the straight through push connects are available from ARB, list around $12.

Fastenal sells them for <$5
