I used to work in the City Center in what is now the Rick and Bubba studio. A woman drove a UHaul van under into the deck, and didn't stop when she heard the roof scraping.

It tore all the exposed plumbing out as she went. That plumbing is the sewage side for all of the businesses. Sewage, errwhere.

Ended up that the deck wasn't big enough for her.
