Actually, I have conflicts on Wednesdays for at least the next several months so unless there is interest in voting again to switch the meeting day, I may have to miss several meetings. :crybaby:

Does that mean we have decided NOT to have a meeting this month?
 
Most are telling me that we will have the meeting. I understand if you cannot make it, but we really need to discuss a few things that can be recorded in the minutes and sent out to everyone via email as well. Keep in mind that we also have the caravan to Toys 4 Tots on December 5th. :)
 
I need to get money for the raffle tickets from anyone who has some (or get the tickets back from you). I think I can make it to a meeting next Wednesday afterall, so please bring money or tickets.
 
Let's make this December 2 for the meeting and make sure we gather the raffle ticket $$. I can get the money together if Bruce cannot make it.
 
I may be able to come to the meeting later on Dec 2, but I definately can't come at 7:00 (neither can Amanda) so someone should get the remaining tickets from me before the meeting in case anyone is going to want to buy tickets or try to sell some before the raffle.

According to my records, Paul has 2 books (20 tickets) not yet paid for. No one else has any or has paid for any that I know about. I have 11 unsold books remaining.

Paul and I will be there at 7:00 for the meeting. We're also able to go to the Toys for Tots run on the 5th. We were thinking since we also would like to get some wheeling in we are planning on taking a trip to cut a Xmas tree the following weekend anyone else want to come? Does anyone know what is required to go cut one? any info will be helpful.:bounce::bounce2:
 
I assume someone called IHOP to reserve the room?

I won't be able to make it to the Toys for Tots run but I'd be interested in the Xmas Tree cutting run.
