Received liability forms, holdup is TSF increase in liability requirement to 2mil.

--Club run
-11 trucks, buggies couldn't make it to crushers due to heavy snow, group made it up to FB5 and had a good time
-Paul ran into battery/ wiring issues after winching
-Tyler's 80 overheating, still diagnosing
-Jordy was very entry level to the trails, did a great job and learned well from guidance, had a great time
-Stock diesel jeep winched 75% of FB5, Allegedly.

-2nd quarter run - vote for April May or June
April 20 -0. May 18th - 3. Jun 22 - 1
It is decided, May 18th for 2nd Quarter club run
-winch class, Dan is talking to scoot, Aiming for June or july.
-August in town to avoid fire danger would work. Brian offers his back yard in Tigard as possible location.
-Dan talking to Andy Lillenthal of Crankshaft Culture about putting on navigation class, maybe combine with Aug winch class and also help with winch class?

-volunteers, at minimum amount, spread word and bring more people in to help

-General liability policy for the club would have been easier if we were nonprofit.
---Business owners policy
-Liability, contents, business interruption.
-Two policies, 2mil per occurrence, 3mil aggregate. Bottom line $910 / year
-Bonus of this policy is it covers us for club runs, small events, covers club owned property.
-Property 5k on premises, 10k off premises
-set up for 10 events, no real auditing.
-carrier is USLI,
---Mike Smith, new business
-club runs, haven't been doing raffles. Would be good to have small raffles for club run participants.
-since we're doing work parties, we should be filming this s***. At least better photo documentation for socials.
-Zang suggests, do driver intro and rig walkarounds. Do somewhat structured format. Works well for serious builds and smaller builds.
--Justin new business
-elect someone to run overlanding events, separate from regular events. Asks about branching away from toyota
-chad responds. We get something going, loses steam, member leaves, it never works out. Great idea, problem is we never had anyone to actively spearhead it.
-steve adds, when he was more active in early club days there were a lot more 40s and classic cruisers.
-justin says he will look into setting up a route, possibly this summer.
--cody asks if we should pivot to work party instead of club run with only Justin able to attend
--cody asks should we change upcoming club run to invite only from open?
