meeting minutes - october

it was a quick meeting due to the weather and sme absenteeism. we did have a new potential member named hank. seemed like a cool dude, hopefully we'll see him in the future.
frank reminded everyone that dues are coming up quick. we need to get them paid up on the 1st of jan and we will try to pay the state by the 28th of february. dues for the year are $50.

frank also has been trying to get ahold of lenora about when the gate to crystal will be closed, but she hasn't gotten back to him. he stated that in past years, it''s been late dec to early jan. we do need to make a trip up there soon however to check on it. a planned date is the 28th.

another upcoming club run will be carnage canyon on nov 4th.

julie has volunteered to be our hospitality person and will be contacting members before the runs and meetings.

the raffle prize, a nine piece metric wrench set was won by hank. more reason for him to show up next month ; )

Don't forget, we also covered the fact that TLCA dues will be going up on Jan 1, you can renew NOW, regardless of when you joined and beat the price hike.

Also, we are taking orders for Henry Brimmer's famous Land Cruiser calenders. you have the chance to save a few $'s off the street price. So far only myself and Paul & Julie have indicated interest.
