Meeting for 26-Feb: Shirts are in, dues are due, email changes are coming

Hey all,

A few announcements before next Tuesday's meeting on 26-Feb-08

1) The Austin LSLC T-shirts were shipped today!! I should have them by the end of the week. I will distribute them at the meeting, so come out to get them! For those out of town I will mail them accordingly.

2) It's that time of the year to renew our annual dues. Dues are $30. Bring cash or check to the meeting or Paypal it to austinlslc@gmail.com before then.

3) With this years dues, we are making some changes to how the Austin LSLC email list works. Only current members, whether they are Austin LSLC or any other LSLC chapter, will be permitted on the email list. All non-current members will be removed. For example, a Dallas member, as long as they are active in the Dallas chapter, WILL BE permitted on the email list.

4) Mark your calendars for April 5th. There is a city-wide clean-up of Shoal Creek. Details to follow.

Yes, I concur. I'll post up a thread and ask the mods to make it a "sickie" after next week's meeting showing current members.

As far as pictures, I think that would be better on the website, due to hosting/posting issues on Mud. I think Woody has a limit on them, even with a star. We will definitely have a link to it though. Thanks for the reminder.
