Meeting dilema

So, we are now about to have issues in regards to meeting location. Beginning Jan., round table will no longer reserve the room we usually use on Tuesdays.

So we need to:

A) change the meeting day

B) change the meeting venue

C) use the "general" tables in the restaurant

Please post up thoughts on this!!!

I don't know, BUT I'd have to assume its ALL round tables because the reason they are doing it is for the "family day" that they have the buffet pizza bar, for.

If the location works for everyone and turn out remains the same I'm not sure the private room is necessary?? However I was thinking that I am friends with the Asst. Mngr at Bullys Mt Rose hwy and they have a semi private kid friendly section also that I could ask her about depending on the groups decision?

If we can change the day of the week that works for me as I have Boyscout's with John on Tuesdays, along with choir stuff with the Church, so Tuesday is always busy..

Me personally, I like the round table and I DO like the room because it is quiet and private for when we do have guest speakers.
I'm on call on Thursdays, so any other day would work for me, if a change in the day would be acceptable to the group.
Bully's would be good, too, IF we could have a relatively private space.

Wednesdays are out for me in the spring/summer/fall due to softball league up in reno (depending on game time). I am up for whatever as I am probably one of those members that really only attends every couple of months due to other things going on constantly. The Round Table is nice because it is close to the south end of town which shortens my drive some.

Are there any other locations that are close to the south end of town that anyone can think of? I had complete forgotten about the Bully's on Mt. Rose, is there a private room at Buffalo Wild Wings? Same type of venue would be nice (get a beer, pizza/wings type place).

My wife brought up the idea of having our meetings at casa de Chicago....
Not a HORRIBLE idea, just have to work out refreshments.

Yeah. My wife actually brought it up!!!
It's once a month...
Winter months we'd be stuck in the house, but when it's nice we can hang out in the garage where we'd ALLLL be more comfortable or out on the back patio. Lol!!
We could set up in the front room...

Yea that would be cool as well Keith you know hospital's have meeting rooms they rent out as well i think. Either way gonna try n make the next meeting before i head for Arizona for awhile

I'm open for anything but hope you guys don't end up moving the location father away for us Northern Valley folks.

Also, the reason I always have my little red head is that my wife is scheduled to work every Tuesday. If we move the meetings to the end of the week (Friday?), I won't always have to duck out when the baby gets fussy.

Reason being, is most everyone in the club RIGHT NOW, I know and trust. Down the road though, I don't know how I feel about having ABSOLUTE strangers being IN my house.
Not that I'm paranoid, but I have a healthy respect for "dark side" of man.
