Those hot links did not stand a chance. We had a few things left over the next day, hot links were not one of the items.
I'll let you know. The only thing right now that we are missing is a couple tarps. With all the rain we've been getting, it would be nice to have a couple brought up just in case. My little 10x10 wont help much. I have a feeling that with all the work i've been doing out back, we wont be in the house at all this time. And to be honest, it's our pleasure having everyone up here. I live here for a reason, while i love my lack of close neighbors, i love the fact i have lots of room for friends and family.

Maybe some kind of dip or salsa, or a side dish? Looks like we have meat and beverages covered.

I ran into Workingclass on Thursday, he said him and Butch1979 were going to try and make it also. WC has something going on on Sunday, but if he can reschedule they will come out.

How do I get added to this group/list? JCardona1 just gave me the link. I'm trying to switch shifts at the hospital so I can attend (if allowed) on the 21st. I'd like to meet you all. I just "stole" my 40th from some Pakistani wholesalers who didn't know what it was. Hell, it was a Roseville/Rocklin area truck...someone here may even know who it belonged to...if so, I'd love to find out the history! Thanks again, I look forward to meeting you.

We "broke in" the spot last night. Had a nice bbq with the family.
One quick update for everyone, if you are like me and can only sit on a log for an hour or so, i highly advise you to bring your favorite camping chair. We have 3 chairs out there, but that's obviously not enough for everyone. We have plenty of bench's and oak "chairs" though.
Also, if one or two of you could bring an axe, or chainsaw it would be much appreciated. We have a ton of wood drying, but will most likely need to split up some more for our festivities. I'm going to do what i can to split as much as possible, but my axe handle broke yesterday, and i cant replace it until Saturday.

I am no longer a maybe, I will be there. I'll bring my chainsaw and freshly sharpened axe. I'm not sure if the wife is going to make it, I hope she can, but I'll bring my 8yo girl and 5yo boy. I'll ask my wife to make one of her famous salads and I'll bring several liters of soda...coke, sprite and root beer?
Of course Eric I'm bringing my truck! Lol
