Mechanic added universal coolant, radiator flush needed?

Looks like I'll be speaking with my local radiator shop. The radiator is original as is 99% of my 1996 TLC. That said, could it be that the internals or core is clean given I've run nothing but Toyota Red coolant since new? Hopeful thinking at best I'm sure. Now where to source a new TLC radiator is the pressing question. :hhmm:

Same thing happend to me as well. Took my 94 in to have the HG replaced by a Toyota dealership. The pig already had Green in it, Toyota topped it off with red. I too started to develop a drip in the back of the engine. It was orange in color. Turned out to be the PHH had burst. Not sure if the mixture was to blame for the PHH or just high mileage? I had toyota drain and replace with Red. But if you do take your vehicle to be serviced, make dang sure they don't mix the two.
