Hey!

Found an decent, running 40 for parts in Southern ME. Considering buying it but don't want to spend $400 to have it moved.

Anyone driving from ME to MA (millis) that has a trailer and wants to make a couple hundred?

I know but it's under $1K so I can't justify spending 40% more to bring a rusty s***box to my house. I really just want the hardtop and the plow.

Good idea on the 495 rental. Don't have a good pull vehicle but could borrow one....

i towed a 40 from halfway up maine on the coast to worcester... like a 5 hour drive.. maybe more.. it was only like $250 one way.. i'll check the paper work later this week and let you know how much it cost.. and that was me renting a trailer and a box truck from uhaul.

John I have a hard top. Not it the greatest shape and might need a little repair. I can shoot you some pics if you like. Or you could probably call Kina or Wally.

interested. need the old syle....not the amby doors.

Well thats no good. I have the one for ambi doors (1976). I am pretty sure that Kina has a hard top that he with the lift gate that he was going to sell to me. Let me know if you need his contact info.

I'll call him soon. Thanks!
