The new gen definetly has more aggressive (for Toyota) looking body lines
Too bad you wont be able to get the 5.7 V-8 in it
as an option.

Seriously though... who cares if the FJ Cruiser bows out after 2010? The 5th gen 4Runner has 4 REAL doors, factory sunroof, Trail version has a Locking rear diff AND A-Trac 
plus the Land Cruiser's "off-road cruise control". If it had been available when I bought the Tundra, I would have bought the 4Runner.

No not really. But wouldn't it be cool? I haven't seen the 4Runner's engine bay nor the drivetrain setup. However it does have a 6-speed auto and the Limited is Full Time 4 Wheel Drive ala 80 series.
