I know I’m a little late to this, but is the McNamara fear till for sale, and is this for an fj62? My t-case is in bad shape and need to do a rebuild. Thanks!

yes still have it...its for a split transfer case and if you are going to rebuild it...it will give you extra contact length on the splines to distribute stresses and prevent twisting of the splines.

Question on the McNamara gear, when you put this gear on does it have to be hammered on? It went on smooth the first inch or two after that it took some love from a rubber mallet for 40 mins.

I havent put one on personally, George from Valley Hybrids did mine - as my case ended up needing a ton of other stuff and i wanted him to give it the full clean bill of health. You may try buzzing Valley hybrids or seeing if theres any threads pertaining to install of the Mcnamera gear or tcase rebuild threads.

Appreciate it. I was able to get it on with some convincing from a rubber mallet for 40 mins. I think it will be good. From what I heard so far is they should go right on with ease but ..it’s on now. Thanks again
