Meetings from May 16th 2006
Meeting was attended by Fj, Frank, Damon, Ige, James, John, Paul and Julie, Ben, Kevin, and Brady.
Andrea, Skyler and Mark from American Income Life came and spoke about the free AD & D Insurance policies that we receive through the COA4WDCI. If anyone has any questions about the insurance, pm me and i'll give you their phone numbers.
Our June event will be in two weeks and we will be opening Crystal Mountain. We will need to do repair work at the gate and maybe a little cleanup. Uncle Ben may possibly lead a prerun...details will be posted on the forum.
Damon said we are still at the same in the account, which was around $500, but he will be mailing out a check to the state association soon.
One thing we need to work on is a discount for members who are already members of the state association via different clubs. That will be discussed soon.
James and his wife are still working on the club logo. Once done, we will get stickers made up and will need to get a embroidered patch for the state association. We'll also need a banner for events. Fast Signs has printed stuff in the past and Ben has a friend who can do some printing.
Other meeting locations were discussed, along with the possibility of a couple of the meetings being in Wyoming so we can garner more interest up there.
