Might have one in my hometown. Used lot of local Honda dealer. Things I've noticed are:
1) Mismatched tires. I usually get 4 new if I purchase.
2) Dash is cracked from instruments to passenger side.
3) Head light covers are yellowed.
4) Paint is showing white in spots.
5) 3 owners
6) Fairly low mileage

Here is link:

What do you guys think? Make offer or run away from this one.

VIN JTJBT20X050090361

I'd make a lower offer. Bring up the dash recall is passed, headlight replacement costs, touch up paint costs, timing belt replacement, and the need of new tires. Check the spare and see if it's covered in rust bubbles also. Test drive it, leave the ride height switch on the higher setting, leave it running while you barter a lower price and listen for the air bag pump to see if it constantly cycles. If it does you can bring that cost up, too. Even though a rear spring conversion and mild lift are happening.

Thanks for the help, will try to get a test drive tomorrow. Agree with your assessment, only the test drive will be sure and will check timing belt change under the hood. I'd like to get a $2K price reduction, if I can.

I'm still amazed how I the market value on these trucks is. I just got mine last week in New Orleans. 185k, good condition, good tires +aftermarket wheels, new shocks and spring conversion, needs windshield-cracked. 4500 from a friend. All others seemed to be in $7000-10k except for the odd low mileage one a dealer had listed for 12k. What's the price range some of you have pd in the last year or so??

My friend was offered $3500 trade in value on his 05 at one of the dealerships towards a 2017 gx he wanted so most likely the 1 your interested in has lots of wiggle room on the price.

It got away from me. One of the dealer employees had already had dibs on it. Back to shopping.

I bought an '06 in Feb. with 166K, and paid 12K. All the clean TX/FL trucks get shipped to Colo. where we overpay for them.

This did have a new steering rack, replaced dash, nice Michelins, new t-belt, new A/C compressor, new rear air bags, lots of dealer service, 2 owner - leased to 40K, then one more owner. Very clean inside and out. 100% of electrical features worked. So many that we looked at had broken sunroofs, non-op side windows, bumper damage, and were the same price. The flipper dealers just put the junk out on the lot and see if you'll buy it that way, and this dealer actually fixed most things prior to listing. My wife is very happy with the truck, so that matters greatly, too.

So y'all got a brand new rebuilt? Someone actually put the time in on it is good to hear. Maybe it'll get you another 166k.
