I will plan on making this one...

Guys and Gals, as many of you know ONSC has become a member of the adopt a trail system (Wolfs Den, and hopefully maybe another one) and as part of the system we are required to go thru a quick traning session and also a quick overview of what our responsiblities are. Well today I followed-up with Tammy and she said she is likely going to incorporate said session the weekend of this ride the 16th-17th and will likely be tied to a local horse group that has done the same.

So, she will meet us at the top of Daniel for this training...

Depending on the day of training i might be able to come up. Got to work Sat though.

Dang, at work we put on a classic car show every year that we have to help with parking and such. Its pretty much mandatory......guess when it is......the 16th:bang::mad::bang:. Im going to try and get out of it, worse case scenario I will get there around 4 Sat. evening which isnt to bad but I really would like to be there for the morning run.

I might make it. I'm on my way home from Cruise Moab right now, and am on the flight schedule 5/8-5/15. It depends on how late I get home on that Fri night and how tired I am. I might just spend the weekend relaxing with the family, I'm wiped out from CM09 - replaced front t-case output shaft, ToyBox input seal, short side inner axle, front diff/ARB in camp, removed sheared rear pinion on the trail (Hells Revenge), tore the rear axle apart again in camp, spent the next day tracking down a 4.11 diff and putting my rear ARB into that. No repairs required on Sat., but did get caught in a nasty hail storm out on on Metal Masher while running just my tube doors and bikini top. :)

If I make it, it'll be a day trip with my 5 yr old daughter, since I've been gone 9 days now then go off to work for another 8 days.:(

I'm here now. Where are you all ?

JK all, but i am here right now, nice breeze blowing off of the lake. Got computer hooked up to my cell phone for this. Figured if i am paying for this kind of service might as well enjoy it.

Will get pics up on Wed of Wolf Den. Spending tomorrow house hunting up here with a realtor. Then we will get with Jasons wife and see what she can show us in a few weeks hopefully.

Peace out, going to enjoy some peace and quite.

Greg is it alright if someone without a lc shows up.
Andrea wants her friend to come with her kids and her boyfriend.
I'm trying to convince her boyfriend to ditch his cherokee and get a cruiser. It might help convince him but he would have to drive his cherokee into the lions den, since I don't have room for 4 extra people in my rig.

Correct me if I'm wrong folks, but I believe we agreed at the annual meeting that we were allowed one guest (rig) at each event. It's my opinion that it's no big deal unless we start getting to the point there isn't a BIG majority of Toyota in the group.

My $.02

 R

I don't really see a problem with it as long as they don't make a habbit of it (Once...maybe twice a year).

I'm sure I could drag along a couple of my Jeep Friends to one (only for the sole purpose of converting them over :D

Certainly gonna try to make this one. I've been gone so many weekends lately, I'll have to see, but it would be nice to have a shake-down run in the 4Runner before heading to Rausch Creek next month.

I guess I missed the meeting where this was discussed, but I agree with Ramon. Unless there are a lot of non-LandCruisers, I do not see an issue with it.

My .02 as well

Looks like Momma scheduled a camp out on our farm with some friends for that Sat night, so I'm probably out unless I can get up there on Sunday morning!

Alright! I talked to my boss today and there is a pretty good chance I wont have to work the car show that weekend, so it looks like I might be able to make it.:bounce::bounce2:

I will be there Saturday morning for the day.

Again sorry guys but will not make this one, but tryed to make it a bit easier for you while you are there.

No need to apologize, you helped us all a great deal in getting a start on the club's duties. Glad we have members like you who are willing to do things like this, thanks...

Greg are we going to set a meeting time at the outpost?? I know you said you wanted to hit the trails early. Anytime is fine with me I just want to know how early I have to get up.
