Can't pull an 8 hour drive for wheeling right now...... URE for me, hell my cruiser may be out of comision for the year anyway right now... needs parts... no money to buy parts
I can understand that. It's 8 hours for me, too, but it's 5 hours to URE. Most of my wheeling money is spent on getting there!!
Amen to that brother..... i'm only about 90 mins from Uwharrie and right now it would cost me about 100 bux to go there, wheel and back.......
That's why I'm on the fence about next weekend, With Gas going to be $4.00, I'm thinking of saving my pennies(?) for gas for GSMTR.
ok I'm officially on the fence now. The more I think about it, the more I wanna hit GSMTR. Don't think I'll drive out but may take the RV and trailer the 80 out. what to do, what to do....
You won't be sorry if you go Eric. This year will be my 14th consecutive GSMTR, and I don't plan on missing it anytime soon.
The sad thing is I used to live in Tellico plains when I was younger. just never wheeled there but wore out the logging roads on dirt bikes and atv's. I may have to wait till next year with STR so close. we'll see though.
