I currently own am running 17" method wheels which are 0 offset with 35mm spacers so that I can get the wheel to match up to the kut snake fender flares which looks perfect.
I currently want to upgrade my brakes to big calipers and rotors but the current wheels will not allow
i want to go a size bigger on the wheels to accommodate the brake upgrade and remove the spacers so also want to get the right offset as well
kindly advice on the best wheel size and offset to go for

Most people don’t go past -25mm offset, very few run 0 and I’m pretty sure you are the only one I’ve seen in over four years here adding spacers to that setup.

The reason most people don’t is the compromises to steering geometry and hit to front bearing life.

Personally I’d seriously be looking at a tundra front end swap which would let you run a 0-offset wheel with no spacer and keep the stance where it is, while regaining a bunch of your lost steering geometry. But not all.

Good to see a Rival bumper.
Have you used a tire calculator to check for similar diameter tires in the rim diameter of your choice (20”)?
I like the one at wheel-size.com, but there are many options. If you like the look at +35 then just get that offset on the new rims.
