Manifold Oven/ Burrito Box (1 Viewer)

This is something I made a while back to heat up food while on the trail. It worked pretty good until I had to get rid of it for my 3rz.
got some inspiration from threads like this Official Exhaust Manifold Oven Thread
sorry, never took any pics with food in it. I mostly just wrapped burritos in foil. I thought it might get too hot but it didn't

Are you using the heat riser to provide hot air to the box? I would think just being that close to the manifold and under the hood would be sufficient.

Your box is pretty though.

I cut the hole in the box so it would sit flat on the manifold shield and provide more stability to the mount

I used to just chuck my dinner on the intake manifold on my snowcat. Hot supper in the alpine The other guys would be like “why the hell is he lifting the cab in the middle of the shift?” Then out comes the hot dinner and they’d cry...
