Marker light delay question--slow to turn on

Just replaced the light bulls for the marker lights on my arb front bumper. They had gone out, and wanted to get them working again.

Now I'm seeing a strange behavior. They both turn on, however when the vehicle is cold the drivers side marker light on the bumper turns on about 5 seconds after the one on the passenger side, which is instant as one would expect.

Any ideas on what might be causing this delay? I'm noticing that once the lights have been on for a while, and are warm, I can cycle the lights on/off and they both turn on instantly. So far I'm only seeing this delay when the bulps are cold/have not been on for a while...

Thanks

UPDATE: Did some google searches, and saw similar challenges with some old Honda Civics. In those cases the culprit was a faulty relay. Given that the other 3 marker lights up-front turn on instantly, it's hard for me to see how a relay could be the issue. I figure they would all be on the same relay... Hmm...

So still no closer to a solution from my side.

Probably different relays? If one is sticky then it makes sense that once it gets freed up then it cycles fine but when its cold it takes a while for the magnet to pull the contact down.
