2011 LC with 35,100 on the ODO.
I just got my NYS inspection done (last week) and they noted on it that my Power Steering Fluid and Brake Fluid need immediate ateention (meaning next service which is going to be tuesday for my 35K service.) Is this a normal/common service for 35K.

You can check what's "normal" simply by checking the maintenance schedule in your owners manual...lacking a manual, you can download one via lexus.com in the owner's or support section.

Lexus usually gives intervals for both normal and severe driving of 60K and 30K respectively.

When the inspection guy said "immediate attention", was he referring to low fluid levels or dirty looking fluid??

I already read the manual as I always do before a scheduled maintenance and that is not listed. I Was just wondering when others had this type of work done. They said it was real dirty

I put about 10K a year on my LC, so for me, it's more a matter of time than mileage. That said, all fluids are done once a year right about now prior to the snow season. Only exception is engine oil and filter, which I do every 7500 miles.
