Thanks for the heads up. I called and got dibs on 1 of them. If someone wants the other one we can get both at the same time and save some dough. I'm headed over there tomorrow.

Dam the old man saw Nicks at the Round Up & now wants one.......

Let me know.

Sorry Clutchee. The Tin Star called me within 3 minutes of my post and got the other one. Looks like we are building some trailers.

Cool, glad it going to a fellow cruiser head:clap:

The one in front was the best one. I bought it. He has a couple more.

We passed on the other one in the photo. It would be great for someone with some sweet sheet metal working skills. It has small rusted holes in the front and side panels (near the front). Looks like it has had water sitting in it for a while. That one already has a working tailgate in it, as does the one I bought. Not the way I would have designed a tailgate but at least it's a tailgate.

He also has another one without wheels that has square holes cut into the side panels so again, more sheet metal work.

How much work needs to be done on the other ones he has for sale?

I would love to have one.

I'm glad it helped someone out.

Yes, it did. Thanks.

I'll post up a photo of the remaining one later tonight in case anyone is interested in it. I'll point out the rust areas.

The circled areas have rust all the way through the metal, also on the front panel. The frame and the rest of the tub seems solid.

He also has another one but I did not inspect that one closely because it had no wheels and I was needing to tow it home. He also had a couple of frames but they are from the 3/4 ton military trailer.

Closeup of some of the rust. It was painted over but you can see the holes.

Where are they located

Haslet, which is just southwest of the Texas Motor Speedway.
