I just purchased this 1961-1963 trailer from fella in Denver. It had oil stored in it before PO bought it which protected it rust wise. The PO and his Dad built extended top and a lockable cover with hydraulic lifts. There are ventilation holes to prevent mildew. Pintle hitch, crank up jack to assist in removing off vehicle. I installed new napa shocks 2 weeks ago.
He sold it with small 2hp generator, screen room. Old Coleman stove and heavy duty lantern. Tires new 5 years ago which look brand new. Axle was serviced at same timeHe kept inside until this year when it was placed under a cover. Tire covers supposedly always kept on tires. It has hitch from ford installed underneath. PO sold because he never used it.
My family of 4 just took it to Moab and back and it worked great! It pulled like it wasn't even back there. It still has a crapload of our gear in it. I'm selling because on way back from tent camping in MOab we stopped and looked at campers. 2 days ago we went back and I purchased a Lance 1885. I paid $2300 and that's what I want.
