M416 trailer. Very beat up but a good working utility trailer. Highlights are working tailgate and modern flat 4 trailer lights. I had big plans for it but have not has time to transform it into adventure trailer. I have title in hand. $750 in lower alabama.

Plenty of rust spots but nothing that compromises the integrity of the trailer. When I bought it, it had a red enamel type paint finish. I cleaned it up and painted it black with some rustoleum rattle can to better match my LX450. Obviously it could have used some better prep because it is flaking off and the red paint may look like rust but it is has actual acted as a fairly protective undercoat. Top rails are beat up but straight.

M416 trailer. Very beat up but a good working utility trailer. Highlights are wheel adapters with LX450 wheels/tires mounted. Also has modern flat 4 trailer lights. I had big plans for it but have not has time to transform it into adventure trailer. I have title in hand. $800 in lower alabama.
I'm interested. I live in asheville, NC. Not sure when I can make it down that far, but I am definitely interested. I have been looking for a while. Maybe we can work out a time to meet. Can you send or post a few more pics?

I currently live on Fort Rucker. It's about 30 min west of Dothan.

I'll work on getting some more pictures tonight as well as try to describe in more details the condition.

I'm moving to Texas in less than 2 months. I'm going to list it on craigslist next week. I held off until the folks on mud had a shot at it because I didn't think the jeep guys would value the Toyota wheel adapters. I will offer a refund if they, or any buyer provide original trailer wheels so I can get my wheels and adapters back. Ultimately I would still like to have an expedition trailer but don't have the welding wherewithal to do what I want. I'll be in the market for a built trailer later.

If it doesn't sell within the next couple weeks I'll start prepping it for the move. I'll straighten the fender, touch up the black paint, and probably put some bed liner in the bed as the paint didn't hold up well there.

That's an option if I don't need to use it to haul any of our belongings. I'm working on downsizing. I'll have to see how the garage sale, craigslist, and ebay sales play out.

Does it roll straight? Would you tow it back to Texas without any issue? If so, I'd be highly interested.

Oh yea, it tows straight and is easy to pull. The original title says it weighs #550 lbs but it is a little heavier with the bigger wheels. I've had it on the road eveywhere from Idaho to alabama.

While I am posting it is important to note that the buyer will need to provide their own pintke hook.

Updated situation: I bought another trailer to tow on my move to Texas so this one needs to be a local pickup. I wire brushed parts of the trailer where the paint was peeling and touched it up. I also straightened the bent fender a little. Finally, I reinstalled the original wheels to increase the desirability to the heep crowd.

Listed on ebay. But willing to negotiate here on mud for any potential buyers.
