Anyone know where to get a o2 sensor plug bolt (M18 x 1.5)? The bolt on one of my other vehicles took off on me and I can't find anyone who sells this stupid little thing.

Any help in the US?

Did you try an exhaust shop?

If it is the nut or stud that holds the 02 sensor in check a local parts supply place and look at Honda exhaust manifold studs and nuts. The nuts are brass or copper for exhaust. The Honda exhaust is the same as the 80 02 sensor size.

Yeah the odd thing is, I don't need the bung (ring), I need the bolt to fit into a bung that is already welded in place. My race bike (see avatar) doesn't have an o2 sensor any more so I need a bolt to fill the M18x1.5 hole.

For the life of me, I can't seem to find one since any normal car or bike has a sensor, not a plug.

I heard the BMW oil drain plug is the same. Maybe I will try that (though it hurts me to put German parts on my fine Italian race bike).

Isn't that the size of the diff plugs on a Cruiser? I was just thinking about that size and it didn't make sense for the studs and nuts I described in the above post.

I don't know. Anyone got a parts manual that list the specific size?

Some details about the bike - make, model, year and relevant options could help someone find what you need.

You could even add the details to your sigline with the same on your cruiser.

The bike is an 2004 Aprilia RSV Factory with a fully built 1100cc race engine. The Exhaust is a Arrow full Titanium system including the headers on back. The o2 (Lamda) sensor bung hole is off the rear of the header pipe before the end-can. It is just above the right riders footpeg. The o2 sensor was taken out when the race kit was installed so I just need to plug the hole or it makes a g-d awful sound and sucks air back into the engine when I roll off the throttle.

I would love to talk about by bike if it helps, but does that bring clarity on where to get that part? I hope it does.
