LOCATION: Cameron Park, CA

Selling my M101A2 camping trailer w/ CVT Mt. Rainier Extended Pioneer RTT (including annex) and 79" CVT Awning for $4100 OBO.

The trailer has an elevating expanded metal rack that works by popping the spring loaded pins and the gas struts do the rest. The elevated rack was built to get the full use of the tent's attached annex - as well as to store taller items below if needed.

The trailer has been converted to 12V and runs on a standard 7 way plug. UPOL Raptor was used to spray the entire bed and front of the trailer after it was primed. New bearings were installed and re packed last October.

Other accessories added include: full length truck box, heavy duty trailer jack, 2 inch coupler with breakaway cables, 4 tie down points in bed, two 5,000lb support jacks that easily attach to rear of trailer via welded mounts, and Goodyear Wrangler 16 inch MT/R's (also includes a mounted spare).

The original lunette system and surge brake were removed - the trailer does not have electric brakes and I have never had an issue with pulling/stopping behind my Chevy Colorado.

The CVT tent easily sleeps 3 adults and the included annex could be used to sleep more. The tent does have some light staining on the sides from the previous owner who forgot to let the tent dry out after camping at the beach. Was never an issue for us - as it was merely cosmetic. I also installed new straps for the tent sides as well as a new CVT tent cover.

Trailer is registered through Maine Trailer Registration up through 2021 and I also have the SF97 form (government title) that can be used to title the trailer here in CA. $4100 OBO - Would be willing to travel for drop off.
