Is anyone aware of an off the shelf solution to fill the black plastic hole in the lx570 bumper with some sort of extra fog light or pod light?

Many years back, there was a DRL style kit available on Alibaba and Ebay that was drop in. Never saw any good pictures of them actually installed. Not sure if they still exist?
My purpose was needing a long throw spot light element. As I have the three other types covered between headlights, high beams, and fogs (enabled all simultaneously on). So the call for Rigid D-Pro Spots in the covered pocket. I would imagine any similar dimension light to work well there.
Pretty easy as I mounted it to the aluminum crash bar behind there. There's a few clips integrated to the bumper which are easily flush cut. More detail in the link @JetFuel shared.
