My first post :)

Is it possible to mount some 285/65R20 BFG AT (34.5") on my 2015 LX570 with the sensor lift done? I have the 20" split spoke wheels and curious to know what it would look like....Not sure if I should stick to a 33, I don't want it to look like ALL tire in the wheel well.

Anything is possible.
  • remove front mud flaps
  • Cut or reposition the front of the wheel liner
  • You’ll need a 1-1.5” wheel spacer to get your offset in 35-45mm range
  • You’ll have to find somewhere else for your spare to go because it Won’t fit underneath
  • Most recommend a re-gear to 4.30 or 4.88 at that size.

I have 275/65r20 bfg at tires on mine, I don't think I can go bigger than that. There is very slight rubbing while turning and hitting bumps. I removed the mud flaps and front air dam flaps.

I have tundra front suspension arms and 1" spacers in the rear.

OK I put on 275/65R20 Wildpeaks. They fit but they do rub the upper control on on hard turns. I ended up ordering some 1.25" spacers from Toytec for front and rear. Is there a way to get 1/2" lift more in the front and not affect the AHC? I am already maxed out on the sensor lift.

This guy did the Tundra front end and somehow mirrored the AHC for a 6" lift, those are 35's I bet with some trimming 37's would fit. So yea, anything is possible. BTW, he's selling it on GXOR, he's asking $120K lololol.

it’s a tundra bracket lift. Huge diff drop up front and spacers in back. AHC is left as is. Also lol $120k.

I don’t understand about the Tundra front end?

tundra upper and lower controls arms and CVs. They are longer than 200 series components so you get more down travel.

It's hard to tell for sure, but those tires look overinflated. Out of curiosity, what are you running for tire pressure?

I haven’t check, I want to say 45 which I know is probably too much. Not sure what the big deal is on pavement. Believe it should be around 36 psi according to the forums here.

So effectively 1.5” on each side? So I don’t need spacers then... how can I get just a little more lift in front?

Additional lift won’t help. The tire still has to clear whether the truck is neutral or stuffed under compression.

Wheel spacers will fix your rubbing.
No I’m saying for aesthetics I just wanted more gap upfront top of tire to wheel wheel.

so Spidertrax are safe for everyday driving?

Yes. The Recommended Cold Tire Inflation Pressure for your LT275/65R20 tires on your LX570 is 36psi Front/Rear. That is the pressure you should be running on pavement.

You can adjust AHC offsets via Techstream; I don't know if it will net you more, or if it is just another way to adjust like the sensor lift. The offsets are limited to 0.75 inch or so. I played with it but didn't get exactly what i wanted.

Spacers will clear the UCA, I see you already ordered.

The only other way to get additional body room is a body lift. It has been attempted once or twice on this forum; but in principle isn't a big deal. I've been toying with the idea of a 0.75" body lift, but until I put slider steps on I don't want the rig even higher . . .
