I have a 02’ 470 that has developed an intermittent vibration between the 60-70mph range. 162k miles on vehicle and has been well maintained. The vibration feels like it’s in the doors, with no vibration in drivetrain. I’ve changed U Joints, and tires have less than 5k miles on them and have been recently balanced. I’m running out of options to check and was hoping someone would have some insight or has had this problem before. Thanks.

Most likely it's a tire balance issue. I have had it happening on my truck and that's what it turned out to be. What happens is if a tire or two are the slightest bit out of balance, when opposite tires travel at different speeds while going around highway radii they will come in and out of balance phase with each other causing smooth running periods and then a period with vibration while they resonate with eash other.
It can also be caused by out of balance brake rotors in harmony with tires. Had that issue once on an old van and it almost put me in the funny farm. When I finally replaced the front rotors due to wear, the problem was completely gone.

are the driveshafts in phase?

My first thought goes to tire balancing, but it could also be front bearings.
