i had to replace a battery in the last couple of weeks and also have been trying to get the upper rear hatch (also replaced recently) and can't tell if both are coincidental but i am almost sure i have not hear this sound before. or at least recently or maybe i have been camping in it so i am noticing it now.
anyway i am hearing a periodic hum behind the dash that seems like it will happen every five minutes or something and consists of five short "hums" or "meeps". it's very brief but kind of annoying because i imagine there is some kind of electricity being used.
is this the glass alarm (?) or the "alarm alarm"(?)? actually i don't know what the alarm consisted of except i think i can delete it or buy an aftermarket kit to get it working?
anyway any ideas what this sound is and if i can or should do anything about it?
