Wanted LX450 Depo Headlights

Hey everyone,

I'm looking to buy some LX450 Depo Headlights. Preferably brand new but am open to a used set in good condition.

Or if anyone knows of a place to buy some online please let me know. My search came up with nothing.

Hey man I inquired on some a few years back, they don't make any for the LX. However if you can source a set of LC Depo lights and a factory LC grill you can use them. Just letting you know

Thanks! I found this thread and thought that they did make them at some point (New LX450 to the Stable - ClubLexus - Lexus Forum Discussion ), however after looking at the pictures again it looks like he used LC headlights and grill but swapped the badges or trimmed the grill to fit the LC frame. My mistake. Now to figure out how to do it....

I've done this with my LX. I ordered a Land Cruiser grill and Depo headlamps off of eBay. Then I ordered a custom harness from Rally Lights - the guy I spoke with was Ray Hoffman (ray@rallylights.com). Really friendly and really helpful guy. The installation was pretty straight forward.

Any particular reason for the new harness vs just using adapters?

You probably could get away with adapters but I wanted a beefier harness at the time

You definitely need a LC grille to do the conversion. I have a new one in stock if you are interested. I usually carry the DEPO lamp but out.

Not currently. All the vendors I reached out to said they should be receiving new inventory in about 90 days from the date I posted this.

Yup I am out of all the 80 and 100 DEPO lamps as well. ETA about 60-90 days, checking with supplier now, DEPO owe me a few sets, I am hoping they are willing to add more to my previous order.

Well please keep my posted when a set arrives. I would love a set for a projector build to match the one I did on my 4runner
