I'm curious as to how the new Tundra "feels" as compared to the new Land Cruiser, so much overlap between them. I have not driven either. Is it worth a 50k difference?

Looking at Autotrader today and the pricing for LC 200 have jumped again it
Yeah the LC 200 and LX 600 are neat vehicles… but are they really worth over $100K? That number seems stratospheric for a car.

So I’ve read some of the forums of people talking about how well the new tundra drives…. And I can tell you there is absolutely no comparison on how well my ‘21 LX drives as compared to my ‘22 tundra. You can easily tell you are driving in a completely different caliber of vehicle. Of course, the tundra is a truck and it’s really not fair to compare the two types of vehicle. However, the new tundra is a blast to drive.

I haven’t driven the 600 but I’ve sat in it. You don’t sit up as high and it doesn’t have quite the same feel as the 570. I’m sure the ride is just as good or even better though. And the TT has got to make the 600 a hell of a lot of fun.

I had a $1000 deposit down on a 600. Dealer called me yesterday after I sent him my build from the Lexus website and told me to come down to finalize everything with his manager. I said I don’t wanna waste anybody’s time can you tell me what the MA is going to be on this. He had to call me back a couple of hours later to tell me it was 10 K. I told him I would like my deposit back. I text him again this morning to see where my deposit was and he called me back and said he talk to his manager and they said they could do 5K on my build since I was just getting the premium. I said too late man I already put in an order for a new Escalade as it was really just my wife’s car and to be honest the 570 wasn’t working out well with three kids under five and one of those needing a wheelchair. I think the 570/600 is an amazing platform. But it does have a bit of a an identity crisis, it’s a high-end luxury vehicle that doesn’t have the bells and whistle‘s of high-end but certainly has everything you want in a long time overland vehicle.

You really asked a car dealer “how much more than sticker should I expect to pay”?

I’m guessing you haven’t shopped for a 600 yet. I’ll pay you a $1000 commission if you can find a 600 being sold in 2022 that the dealer isn’t charging an MA. 😂. He had already told me a month ago that they would 100% be charging an uplift.

New here. I was able to build my LX600 at the dealership and the order was accepted the following(in December). It won’t be the first batch coming in first week of January though… Mine is projected to be first week of March. Plus I got at MSRP. This dealership doesn’t do mark ups. Price is $109k with the options I picked(Luxury edition)

Send me the build you want and I can put you in touch with a store that will not charge you a markup. You will just have to pay to get it sent to you.

I might be awhile since they have 40+ sold already.
