I'm getting close to pulling the trigger on an very clean 2014 LX. My only concern is the interior color is parchment. What is the mud opinion on long term wear and tear on the parchment interior? I have seen some that have 20-30k miles and have been trashed and some with 100k that are nice. I'm worried about staining and dirt especially with such a light color. I also notice a lot with this color interior have worn spots where the leather has been worn down to the brown under layer?

You might have better, more accurate feedback from the clublexus boards. One of the differences between the LC200 and LX570, is the grade of leather that is applied in the interior. The LC200 stuff might actually be more wear resistant, and LX leather more plush.

My wife's ES-350 has this leather... it's a 2010 and has worn very well. As with any leather, you do need to stay on top of maintaining it... same with my LX's gray leather... the lighter parchment does show a little more but cleans right up.

I had this in my 2009 LX 570. It fell apart because I got in it wet about 1000 times. But that truck was over 100k at the time and 6 years old.

My wife just got a 2017 LX 570 and we chose this color, despite the fact that we have three kids in and out all the time. It is such a nice color. It is about 10,000 times brighter inside than the interior of an LC with the black or the brown on black (which mine has).
