what kind of lube do you use for the bushings im putting a whole new set in?? can i just pick somthing up at napa or do i have to order bushing lube from somwhere? any tips on putting them in?

You just coat them in grease before installing. Makes installation a lot easier. Just buy the big tub of cheap wheel bearing grease at Napa. Its a good idea to install greasable shackles and spring pins when redoing a suspension, so that when things get sqeaky eventually you can just pump some grease through the zerks and not have to disasemble everything just to grease.
