My 33 x 13.50 / 15s were so good that someone came to my house and stole them! Left my poor little 85 on the ground. Seriously though, the LTBs destroy for the money and size, though they ride like hell on the road. I couldn't go hardly faster than 60 on straight roads because they were so loud and unpredictable :).

Looking at different tires now because I have to drive the 'Runner on the road. LTBs are the way to go for offroad though. Bias-ply means they ride like :censor:, but it's worth it in the end!

I've got 31x11.5 15 on 8" wide Rims and have had no such problems, and I've done 120km/h on wet Gravel.

I ran 32X9.50 Super Swampers on my 40 and had 0 issues on the road MINUS them taking a bit to warm up and "get round" (as we used to say) when it was cold. No balance issues-although it took a lot of weights. I would imagine though that the 9.50 and 10.50's ride a bit better on the road as opposed to the 12.50's and up

That's Jonathan Ferguson's doing in post #28.
I was getting that Login thing before I made that Post. :frown:

I can't see anything wrong with my BB Code. Also and there aren't any Hot Linked Images in this Thread.

I am running the 33X13.50's on my mini and love them. My truck is light enough that so far I have about 8k miles on them and have only worn off 1/8 inch of tread. As long as your pressure is right, they don't seem to wear too terribly bad. I run 12 psi front and 6psi rear. (yes, on the street and wheelin) I am sure they would not last long on a fj60 or something of size though. Can't go wrong with them!!
