LR D [121/118] KO2 psi

Howdy all. I've searched for days and have found tons of info on E and C rated KO2 tires but nothing on the D rated. Hoping gaijjn and/or others can help. Much obliged.

Vehicle is a 2012 Land Cruiser 4.5 D4D diesel premium trim. Tires are LT285/65 R18 121/118R load range D BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2. On the sidewall- "121/118 R at 450kPa" and "max load single 1450kg (3195lbs) at 65psi cold"

Post in this thread, and be sure to include your stock tire type (the LT or P prefix of the size is important if it’s there) and the factory recommended pressure.
