lower ball joints

just had a lower ball joint give way on my 2000 tundra 4wd. are the OEM joints still the best ones to replace with?? Thanks

I concur. Not worth the little savings using third party brands. You know what you're getting with OEM. Usually you can get both sides for around $200 online.

Thanks. new OEM upper and lower joints replaced. any idea or advice how long these last???

From what I've read most people say they should be changed about every 100,000 miles. Of course use your best judgment. Not everyone drives the same or under the same conditions.
