Loss of forward motion and Red Fluid in Engine Bay

UPDATE:

So I had the chance to speak to the technician who did the repair at the dealer and got the following info from him. This is a picture of the hose that broke. His idea was that it was out of the clamp and rubbed against the crank pulley until it wore through. My guess is that I took it out of the clamp to do the alternator and then forgot to put it back in.

Yeah I'm not too upset about it. Just wanted to let everyone know in case they have a similar issue. All is well with the tranny now. Put 400 miles on it with no more issues!

Thank you. I just cleaned, degreased and etched it and applied 2 coats of POR15 over Thanksgiving. I also degrease and pressure wash it every couple months to keep on top of it.
