I am doing some research on the particulars of a low mile 470 as a daily driver. I am somewhat mechanically capable as I own a Defender 90 and am not independently wealthy.
I have an excursion for towing, this will strictly be a grocery getter type of vehicle to replace our ancient and high miles "trash truck" which is a 2001 Yukon.
I have done some reading on the 460 vs 470 and I think I am settled on the 470 for the simpler mechanics for shade tree tinkering. Is that a good thought process?
