I gotta say, if I saw this ad a couple weeks ago I'd have something to ponder as to whether to rebuild my 80's engine or buy something else. Even has the ARB's which I prefer to the Toyota lockers. 1996 Toyota Land Cruiser

That one looks pretty clean. I know these things hold there value but to me 10500 seems a bit high for a 20 year old vehicle. Am I wrong? I'm new to these FZJ's

I've been looking for a new (to me) land Cruiser for a little while. Found one on Craigslist the other day...Picked a time and place to meet the guy at a neutral location and the doosh never showed up! (craigslist flake). So the search continues...

What do you guys think about this one? It looks pretty nice. He says he has a little room to negotiate. I may go take a look.
1996 LEXUS LX450 Land Cruiser SUV

Went and looked at the lx this morning and I'm starting to think my expectations may be to high. It seemed to run okay but being from the east coast it had to much rust for me...brakes pulsated, had a bad exhaust leak, oil all over the motor, among a hand full of other little things it is going to need...I don't expect it to be perfect by far, but for 6950 I expected more. Am I wrong???

I expect that most of the Cruisers I find are going to leak a little oil, but what is normal. Should I stay away from it if it leaks from a certain spot. I'm pretty handy and will fix most things on my own, but I don't want to pull the motor to fix a rear main If I don't have to.
