Looking for mild offroading in Athens and ATL area

Looking for a place in that area to take my girlfriend and show her the outdoors in the Athens, Ga and ATL area. She has an adventurous spirit but been a city girl most of her life. It will be during the week either next Tuesday or Wednesday. Any suggestions? GPS coordinates or whatever info you have will work. Thanks for any leads in advance.

aside from private property the only legal wheeling around Atlanta is Beasley knob near Blairsville, Durhamtown about 30 mins east of Athens and River Rock in Milledgeville.

If those don't work for you there's always the FS roads in north Ga in and around the Dahlonega/Hellen neck of the woods. These are primarily gravel roads that you can drive a mini van on with the occasional mud puddle just for good measure.
