Just ahead of you handing you the strap
I've been looking for an stock roof rack mounted, aluminum, all in one Tri-Mount for a High Lift, Axe, and Shovel. I know about the developmental NWParts.net (FKA Schrader) Tri-Mount that fjcruiserforums member BDFJ has posted about. Hi-Lift Tri-Mount (and a surprise!) Unfortunately, the undertaking seems to be dead as far as I can tell. It's a real shame since that was exactly what I was looking for. I have also already looked into Fourtreks products as a contigency. I also know about Demello's offering as a contingency. If you know about a product that meets this criteria and is currently being sold (not in development) I would love to know about it.

Thanks in Advance,

Bobby

Mine is an axe/shovel mount in one. My hi-lift is mounted on the other side of the rack with a modified Yakima mount. http://allphaseoffroad.com/products.html?id=344 All Phase made it for me and now sells them. I got the idea from the blue FJ that was at the '05 SEMA show. Other than the tri-mount you mentioned, I havn't seen any others.

I saw a ladder on the back of and FJ that I want . Any Idea where I would look for one?

It is kind of hard to beat the Fourtreks stuff, but Luke does not have a tri-mount.
Are you sure you want all that weight in one place?
I prefer to distribute mine out some.

Here is my dual ax/shovel mount from Luke.

I have since taken the Hi-Lift off the roof though, it is now mounted lower for a better COG up front on the bumper.

keep in mind...

If you get the Gobi ladder your rear window becomes inoperable. I never used it so I didn't care.

Its offical, Im over the Tri-Mount... Fourtreks is incredible stuff!!!! Im actually glad that the Tri-Mount didnt pan out because my new setup IMO is very supperior due to the weight of the 60in. Hi-Lift im using. If you are considering roof rack mounted Hi-Lift and Tools DO NOT HESITATE to purchase the Fourtreks offerings. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED!!!!!

Bobby
