Wanted Looking for a nice 60/62 Manual in Maryland

Looking for a nice rig that is ready to rock. I currently own an '88 FJ62 with only 117k miles that I love, but may be losing the battle with rust. While I wait to see if she can be saved, I figure I should at least begin looking for a replacement. I am no mechanic, just a lover of these fine automobiles, and would love to find one already "built up." Sorry, I am a newbie and don't have all the lingo down. Would prefer a manual (H55) with all the fixings. I was one of the interested parties in that rig from Wilmington whose owner decided not to sell, so my search continues. Not really sure of my budget, but shooting for $15k or less. Could probably stretch as high as $20k for the perfect one. Here is my wish list:

RUST FREE
H55
EMU or similar 2'ish lift
33's
ARB (or similar) bumpers, running boards,roof rack, etc.
Spare carrier on rear

While I can appreciate the heck out of the all original rig, I love upgrades and improvements so newer seats, gadgets, etc. are right up my alley.

Found my replacement - thanks jrmudder84 . For anyone looking for a project, I now need to sell my fj62. Some rust issues, but really clean and very low miles - just 117k. Plenty of extras for a low price. Thanks.
