Looking for a cheap 40

Hey guys,

I am posting up here since you all are pretty local to me(compared to most of the other guys on MUD).

I am wanting to get a 40 sooner or later. Price and useability are the big issues, something less than $3500 is ideal although I might can come up with a bit more.

I need it to be road worthy and not completely chopped up.

Top doesn't matter(some kind of top is better than none, but can't be that picky)

Year really doesn't matter.......but I would prefer the 4 speed on the floor, but the 3 speed on the floor will suffice.

Anything else will be a matter of give-and-takes.
